Gloria Allred is now representing John Doe #2, the masseur who is accusing John Travolta of sexual assault, but it’s unclear exactly what Allred is doing with him.
As we previously reported, John Doe #2 fired his lawyerand plans to dismiss his case, which was filed in federal court.
Gloria says, “We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice. We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case.”
Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, “I’m looking forward to trying the case against Gloria Allred in a court of law, not in the media.” Singer told TMZ his client hasn’t paid either John Doe #1 or 2 a penny, calling their claims “ridiculous and false.”

A young San Antonio Spurs fan faces suspension from school if he doesn’t somehow alter the image of NBA player Matt Bonner shaved into his head.
Why on Earth someone takes the time to have a likeness of the reserve forward shaved onto the back of their head, no one knows. But it’s awesome!
Even more amazing is the fact that the Woodlake Hills Middle School student Patrick Gonzalez could actually face disciplinary action over this haircut:
Because the image is so threatening, and so severe, if the style isn’t “fixed” by today, Gonzalez will have to take in an in-school suspension.
This is worse than out-of-school suspension, where he could at least go home and watch Spurs games with Bonner sitting on the bench on DVR.
According to Aubrey Chancellor of the Judson I.S.D. District, officials say the haircut is a distraction and it doesn’t matter who it’s a tribute to.
“Whether it’s the Spurs or whether it’s the Cowboys, anything people obviously support, it doesn’t matter,” she said in a statement Wednesday.
No word if Bonner will shave an image of Gonzalez into his hair in solidarity.
She looks like Snooki … she talks like Snooki … and this weekend, a woman who bears a striking resemblance to the MTV star took a brutal shot to the face … like Snooki.
TMZ obtained footage from Saturday’s Rockfest concert in Kansas City, MO … where Slash was performing … when an unidentified Snook-alike took a hard boot to the face from a very angry, very large male.
Sources at the scene tell TMZ … the man had already gotten physical with other concertgoers when the Snook-alike decided to tell him off with a few choice words.
The man — who didn’t appreciate the criticism — responded by planting his foot right in her grill … dropping her to the floor like a sack of potatoes … and igniting a massive brawl involving a bunch of scary looking individuals.
Eventually, the fight was broken up … and sources at the scene tell us the Snook-alike appeared to be OK.
We called police … who told us they didn’t receive any calls about the incident.
He?s not the most traditional celebrity, and Billy Bob Thornton confessed he made a big boo-boo when it came to his marriage with super-hottie Angelina Jolie.
The ?Monster?s Ball? star noted that he struggled to think he was ?good enough for her? and finally just ?blew it.?
Thornton explained, “She has one way she wanted to live her life and I had another way to live mine. I was just too insecure. I felt like the Phantom of the Opera hiding in the catacombs. People actually said that I didn’t deserve to be with her.”
“When you’re in a relationship, any two celebrities or whatever, you know, I think that puts on a lot of pressure. When Angie and I got married, during that time, I was more famous than she was to start with and then she becomes this big thing, it’s hard in these relationships.?
“We had a great marriage and I chickened out because I didn’t feel good enough. That’s all that happened. It was no big deal, we never hated each other,? he added.
Usher sat down for an exclusive “MTV First” interview about his hotly anticipated upcoming release, Looking 4 Myself, his unconventional album-listening experience with the off-Broadway show “Fuerza Bruta” and to give fans a first listen to the Myself track “Twisted” featuring Pharrell. He told MTV News’ Sway Calloway the song is a “nostalgic record” that reflects the album’s ambitious aim to represent the variety of musical experiences that have impacted the R&B superstar.
” ‘Twisted’ is more of a nostalgic record, so when you think about the classic R&B record, we managed a way to modernize it, even though that’s very relevant,” the singer said. “You hear records like Cee Lo, you hear Bruno Mars and also Andre 3000, and that sound is very relevant in this time. So this was kind of our way to tie it all together and give you something different that you probably wouldn’t normally get from me.”
Adapting current sounds and making them his own is a theme Usher is bringing in earnest to Looking 4 Myself and also reflects his philosophy of how to stay in the game. The star released his self-titled debut in 1994, when he was just 16, and has gone on to sell over 65 million records worldwide and score nine #1 songs and six more top 10 hits.
As for how he’s managed to stay on top for so long, Usher revealed that it’s important to never be insular when it comes to music. “Life is a workout, man, it’s like a treadmill, and you gotta be with it, you gotta just stay with it,” he said. “For me, I’ve had the fortunate ability to always be mindful of other things and other people. I’m not so caught up in what I’m doing that I can’t be cognizant of what other people enjoy. … Now, I think music should be used as a channel to really allow people to have different experiences. So, this album is all about bottling up those different experiences.”
The connecting tissue that’s given Usher the ability to explore world music ? from full-on dance tracks like his new single “Scream” and his collaboration with David Guetta, “Without You,” to more classic R&B slow jams like “Climax” and the old-school spare drum beat of “Twisted” ? while delivering cohesive records has been his voice, which he said brings “the essence of soul and emotion” to each record.
“All of my career is kind of an unveiling, an unfolding story, and it ain’t done. There’s so much more that I’m going to do, so much that I’ve now just been interested in and been introduced to,” he continued. “I just want that experience of having this very monogamous relationship with entertainment and acting in a way where I can really, really focus and become better.”
Usher’s commitment to tackling the changing face of music head-on and forging new roads in entertainment as he matures ? he is currently training for a Sugar Ray Leonard biopic ? is the key to his success, he said, concluding, “It’s all about evolution for me.”

Looking much more demure than her scenes yesterday (May 15), Rooney Mara was spotted on the set of ?The Bitter Pill? in Upstate New York this afternoon (May 16).
The red-headed starlet donned a darling polka-dotted sundress with a black cardigan and was all smiles as she filmed a scene for her newest production.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the 27-year-old actress was spotted having a not-so-friendly run-in with police officers as she acted out a scene for the film on the Upper East Side of New York City yesterday (May 15).
She has two new films, “Battleship” and “What to Expect When You?re Expecting”, due out on May 18th and, as part of her promotional blitz, Brooklyn Decker landed herself a feature in the June 2012 issue of Vanity Fair magazine.
The 25-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit beauty donned designer dresses from the likes of Bottega Veneta and Proenza SAchouler for the Miguel Reveriego shot spread while dishing about everything from where she got her name to family aspirations with tennis pro hubby Andy Roddick.
Highlights from Miss Decker’s interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to Vanity Fair!
On where she got her name: ?I?m named after a horse. My mom?s best friend had a horse named Brooke, so my dad suggested ?Brooklyn? as a more formal version, and it just stuck?and now I live in Brooklyn part-time, so go figure.?
On her long-term plans with husband Andy Roddick: ?I think that I?d like to try to be a superwoman and have kids and work, so we?ll see if I can actually accomplish that. But, if we?re talking dream scenario, that would probably be it.?
On not being in demand when she first started modeling: ?There were countless jobs I didn?t get because of my figure. I wasn?t that successful as a model, ever. I just had a few clients that really embraced my curves.?
On walking away from modeling at the height of her career: ?The Sports Illustrated cover was the last thing I shot. That week, I told my agent, ?You know what, I really …I don?t want to be a model anymore. I really want to do movies.? And I think he wanted to wring my neck at the moment.?
President Obama is no stranger to hip-hop’s support. Not only have MCs dedicated songs to the 44th U.S. Prez, but guys like Jay-Z, Diddy and Ludacris have openly backed Barack. While many criticized Obama for his support of same-sex marriage, Hov backs him, and so does T.I.
“Just to speak honestly and being frank, I don’t care,” the “Live Your Life” MC said about the non-stop debate on same-sex marriage when he appeared on Wednesday’s “RapFix Live.” “I think that if a matter doesn’t affect your daily life, you shouldn’t take a hard stand on it. If it’s not something that directly affects you, if it doesn’t affect you, what difference does it make to you what other people are doing with their lives?”
Tip, who is currently serving probation stemming from his 2007 weapons arrest, is unable to vote, but once his probation is lifted in September he revealed that he plans to vote for Obama, who will be looking to secure a second term as head of state. “I don’t think that’s a hard question,” he said.
During an interview with CNN on Monday, Jay applauded the president for speaking out in support of the gay-rights movement. “I’ve always thought it as something that was still holding the country back,” Jay-Z said. “What people do in their own homes is their business, and you can choose to love whoever you love. That’s their business. It’s no different than discriminating against blacks. It’s discrimination, plain and simple.”
“I think that you should be able to do whatever you want to do,” T.I. remarked. “I don’t see how it matters one way or another.”
