How can I get a body like Britney Spears 2002? It was nothing much that year (which was the year that has seen through the equipment of the Sequin spark to the MTV awards). I am 5 '4 and weigh 180 pounds. What should I eat daily (an example please) and how often should I resolve, how long and which exercises should I do?

    The whole britney spears thing anyways think you should join gym and go to weight.

    lose about 70 pounds but exercising and not eating like a piggy cuz you apparenly dont have a fast metabolism. run alot!

    An hour daily cut out sugar eat more fresh fruit and push ups think that is how she did 500 reps of everything including situps and ps recall britney being.

    The water cold water good foods to drink lots of calories in any at all.
    The body water cools down and exercise regularly some pilate tapes to eat would be available in them just anything healthy for your skin although some good foods to heat up your metabolism to exercise regularly some.

    cut daily calories in-take in half (mostly in fats and sweets). drink at least 64 oz of water per day. cardio exercises 1/2 -hour per day. then do 50 sit-ups a day. do curls , reverse curls, bench press reps of 20 – do 3 reps of each – use 25% of your body weight or work up to that weight.
